Shipping and pickup overview

All products are made to order and are not shipped by post or courier. Orders are prepared for collection only from The Plant Organic Cafe and Market at the pickup window selected by the customer at checkout.​

 

Order processing and pickup window

Once an order is received and confirmed, it is scheduled for preparation, so it is ready within the agreed pickup time window chosen at the time of ordering. Customers are responsible for arriving during their nominated window; orders may not be available outside this time. Please review The Plant Organic Café & Market’s opening hours if unsure.​

 

Pickup location and procedure

All collections take place at The Plant Organic Cafe and Market at the address shown on the website and in the order confirmation. To collect an order, the customer simply enters the premises during the nominated pickup window, informs the staff they are there to pick up their order, provides their name, and the staff will hand over the order.​

 

Fees, changes and missed pickups

There are no separate shipping or delivery fees because all orders are collected in person at the cafe. Any changes to pick up time, including late or missed pickups, may require prior agreement and could affect product quality, especially for fresh, perishable items; customers should contact the business as soon as possible to discuss options.​

 

Risk, quality and contact

Risk in the order passes to the customer when the order is collected from the cafe, so customers should transport and store products in accordance with any care instructions provided.
