Earth Candy began with a simple idea:

With over 15 years in the wholefood space, our passion is crafting premium, organic desserts that deliver indulgence - without compromise. Every treat is thoughtfully unbaked using pure, whole, organic ingredients, celebrating the natural sweetness of plants. No fillers. No shortcuts. No sugar comas.

From the Founder
I’ve always loved desserts - just never loved how they made me feel afterwards.
Growing up on a farm in rural Western Australia, I’d race through dinner just to get to the sweet part. When I wasn’t looking after animals, I was making cakes - and sneaking extra helpings whenever I could.
As I got older, I began to understand how food affects how we feel. I used to think dessert had to come with a side of guilt or a sugar crash. That changed when I discovered the world of wholefoods — and realised you could make milk from almonds, cream from cashews, even a magical mousse from chickpea bath water!
What started as curiosity quickly became obsession.
Over the years, I’ve travelled to learn from some of the best plant-based culinary experts, ran my own organic café and market, and taken a few years off to study some more.
Now I’m back — and ready to unbake irresistible organic desserts.
